An add-on discount of 15% on room rates will be provided to your guest, which is restricted to maximum of 2 families, who will accompany you on your stay at any of the resorts.

Terms & Conditions of TTC Holiday Packages

The package is governed by the terms conditions mentioned herein/or communicated to the vacationers from time to time and is subjected to the laws of the Republic of India. Your participation in this vacation will be governed by these provisions and it is in your interest to fully read and understand all of them. The package is open to Resident lndian Nationals only. Holiday Package is open to all individuals who are aged II years and above. The package is not open to Travel Agents. The validity of the package is for all resorts and hotels on the basis of availability of facilities. Vacationers must present the Holiday Package before utilizing any other Holiday Package . The services availed by vacationers must be settled in cash or by credit. By applying for Holiday Package explicitly does not confer upon the vacationer, any rights or benefits other than as laid down in these terms & conditions. TTC is authorized to use the data stored of the vacationer for marketing or communication purpose for enhanced performance of the package. The Holiday Package fee is payable in Indian Rupees and is non-refundable once paid. Cancellation will not be accepted. The discount offered under this package cannot be combined with any other discount the vacationer may be availing of or part thereof.

The discounts offered under this package have to be used exclusively and cannot be clubbed with any other discount. The discounts offered cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or substituted. TTC reserves the right to add, modify, any of the rules, terms and conditions, without any prior notice. All decisions in this regard are final and binding on the TTC vacationer. Fraud or abuse concerning the Holiday Package is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by TTC, including termination of Holiday Package. In case of any difference or dispute between the parties in connection with this package, the same shall be decided by the arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be an authorized officer of TTC or any other person nominated by him. The arbitration shall be conducted, as per prevailing Arbitration Law/Rules and the jurisdiction shall be in Kolkata. TTC will not be held responsible for any communications not received or lost in the mail or courier. Any discrepancies in the statement of account need to be reported within 30 days from the date of statement otherwise no clarifications will be entertained. TTC cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond its control, which may cause a delay or inability to fulfil requests for vacationers of the package.

Liability of TTC arising out of any claim by the vacationer if justified as per rules/regulations/law shall be limited to a sum, not exceeding the sum paid by the vacationer towards his food bill during stay. Vacationers shall not be entitled to any interest on advance booking made for enrolment for Holiday Package. Transfer of Holiday Package in any other name is not permissible in the event of death of vacationer Holiday Package shall be transferred to the surviving spouse. The terms and conditions are legally binding on both the Parties. The vacationer has purchased the Holiday Package himself/herself on his/her own accord after reading the terms and conditions, fully understanding their effects and implications. The vacationer has also independently assessed his/her financial position and there is absolutely no compulsion of any nature exercised by TTC. Force Majeure: We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance and/or prompt performance of our contractual obligations to you is prevented by or affected by "Force Majeure". In these booking conditions "Force Majeure" means any event which we or the supplier(s) of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events are likely to include (but are not limited to) war or threat of war, civil strike, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural, nuclear, chemical or biological disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events  outside our control. Holiday Package and benefits offered at the sole discretion of TTC reserves the right to add, modify any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits pertaining to the Holiday Package at its sole discretion, without notice.
