As thetour will start from Delhi our representative will assist you with the onward journey. On reaching Haridwar through train, avail assistant from our representatives with transfer and further drive to Uttarkashi. In the evening, visit temple of Lord Vishwanath at Uttarkashi. On next day morning brace yourself for the Yoga session followed by Breakfast. There will be Short Yoga discussion (optional) for you to know about the session you will attend. Have mid-day lunch and relax. In the evening, perform meditation & Yoga to recapitulate your mind about whatever you have done throughout day.
On the fort day you will follow the same routine. Next day that is on fifth day, after having breakfast, you will drive to Rishikesh and check-in at Ashram. Here, in the morning, you will attend yoga session followed by breakfast. Later theory classes will be held to abreast you with the session you have practice. You will take rest after having lunch, after which you spend some tranquil hours while meditating. Spend the evening, while watching the Ganga Aarati, by the river Ganges. Same routine will be followed on the next day.
Next day morning, avail our assistance with transfer to the Hardwar Railway station for Delhi and further for your onward journey.
